Agile coaching is a collaborative and transformative process in which an experienced Agile coach works with individuals, teams, or organizations to help them embrace Agile principles and practices. The goal is to enable them to become self-sustaining, high-performing, and adaptable in the context of Agile and Scrum. Agile coaching is emerging as a next step in the career ladder of Scrum Masters
